Financial planning
that fits your life.
Finding what makes you tick.
Money is a multiplier: if you’re happy, it will make you happier.
If you’re unhappy, it will make you really unhappy.
1. Explore.
Let’s visit the stories that make up your life. I’m interested in the ones that make you tick and get you excited about life. This is done before we create options for a better financial plan.
2. Create.
Financial planning should be done in such a way that it fits into your life – not the other way around. Together, we will define how you can create the right financial planning tools and products to fit your life.
3. Choose.
It’s your life and it’s your money, and with the best financial planning in place, you can choose a plan that is best for your life.
Many of my clients come to me to help them find balance in their life. Balance with life, work and everything in between.
This is because financial planning doesn’t begin with a number, it begins wanting to know that everything is going to be okay. For this, we need solutions and specific advice that will help you find the balance.
I have many years of experience with longstanding clients who we’ve helped with similar tailored solutions.
Plan for the life you want with the money you have.
Knowing how everything fits together is an art. We need to have a bigger picture, and we need to understand how the smaller pieces all fit into that bigger picture.
As a logical person, I sometimes struggle with this myself – especially when I get distracted by the parts of life that don’t seem to fit. As a husband, father and business owner, my life often presents opportunities that don’t easily fit inside of my plan. But working with a plan allows me to shape these pieces to fit, or know when to discard them.
That’s why I find a process-driven approach to financial planning is helpful to keep me and my clients perfectly flush with what they value most.
When you’re an expert in your field, and need some help with your financial plan –
let’s plan together.

Jamie has helped me in various areas from investment times through to Pension. His advice has always been sound and there has never been “small print” issues. I have no hesitation in recommending Jamie.
Allan Ferreira
Project Manager / Business Analyst

Myself and my wife have been using Jamie as our financial adviser for a good number of years now and would definitely recommend him and the service he can offer. Good people and good advisers are hard to come by, and with myself being difficult, Jamie really stands out.

Jamie inspires confidence and makes the complicated decisions of retirement planning and investments understandable to a non-expert.
Loukie Adlem
Analyst & Editor

I met Jamie in 2012 following changes in the PPS benefits at the time that my previous financial consultant had not notified me of. From the very onset, I found him courteous, knowledgeable and looking out for my best interests.
We have met at least twice a year to review my portfolio, and when there were changes needed. I have watched my portfolio and financial position change in five years to a very stable position or as Jamie laughingly refers to as the “tea drinking” phase.

I have to add that although we meet to discuss my financial portfolio, Jamie is always asking about my job, personal circumstances and has shown concern where the work environment has been negative. This adds to the personal touch he offers as part of the financial advice.
It has been a pleasure dealing with Jamie and his office and hope to continue this relationship until I retire or beyond.
